For far too long, coffee has gotten a bad rap from making people jittery to increasing heart problems. This, however, isn’t really the case. Scientists have found that organic coffee taken in moderation can actually reduce a person’s chances of Alzheimer’s disease, kidney stones, gallstones and depression.
The key is to drink responsibly. You don’t always need to have a latte in your hand, but one cup in the morning and another in evening may actually save your life.
