There are several ways to roast Coffee Beans. To get a distinctive coffee flavor from the Coffee Beans, the convectional roast is the best. Using this method, hot air is used to circulate around the Coffee Beans, roasting them individually.
To insure absolute perfection, the Coffee Beans are roasted in small batches under close supervision.
