Are you looking for a perfect cup of Coffee? There are four basic components that are blended to create this.
The aroma is obvious it excites the taste buds.
The body refers to the feel of the Coffee in the mouth - does it have a silky smooth feel as it rolls around the tongue.
The acidity refers to the P H level but more to the sparkle and brightness - not cloudy and muddy Coffee.
Finally we have the flavor, that is the subtle tastes that penetrate the taste buds then lingers in the mouth as a satisfying memory.
